A constellation of lives, a single through-line: devotion to story.

My work has never been a straight line. It’s more like a constellation—bright points that made no sense up close, but snapped into shape once I could see the whole sky.

I’ve lived several creative lives: chef, storyteller, producer, strategist, mentor, and world-builder.
Not because I couldn’t choose—because every chapter taught me a different way to listen, to lead, and to make meaning.

The through-line isn’t the job.

It’s the story.

Whether I’m shaping an audio series, developing a narrative for a brand, or guiding someone through the soft beginning of an idea, my work lives at the intersection of story, strategy, and culture.

I help people understand what they’re really trying to say—and how they want their work to feel.

Frameworks, not formulas.
Texture, not templates.
Clarity with soul.

Cooking taught me discipline. Hospitality taught me empathy.

Audio taught me resonance. Writing taught me how to communicate truth.

I spent years in kitchens, in dining rooms, in summer camps, in classrooms, behind service counters, and behind the scenes in hospitality—watching how people reveal themselves before they ever speak.

Then I spent another decade learning how to translate that into story—through writing, journalism, and award-winning audio.

Now, the result is a rare and beautiful blend:

– the operational mind of a chef
– the emotional intelligence of a hospitality leader
– the curiosity of a journalist
– the instincts of a producer
– the strategy of a director
– the storytelling soul of a writer

This is the foundation of everything I create.
